医疗机构PET-CT设备的配置调查及问题分析

摘要

Objective:To systematically investigate the current status of geographic distribution and clinical application of 13 sets of PET-CT in five provinces or and autonomous regions(Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan). Methods: Based on the type of equipment and manufacturers, the purchase amount and sources of funding, age, institutions and application departments, with cyclotrons or not and other aspects, we pointed out the existing problems of device configuration, staff and daily quality control. Results:The device applied in the clinical research was 8 units of this verification device, the proportion was 61.53%, and the clinical applied was 5, 38.47%. The average price of all the device was more than 17 million yuan. The main sources of funds was financing cooperation (7, 53.84%), and the amount of PET-CT which had been used more than 10 years was 1.The proportion was 7.69%. The amount of which had been used more than 5 years and less than 10 years was is 6, 46.15%. The amount of PET-CT with cyclotron was 5, 38.46%. Conclusion: Government departments should strengthen macroscopic configuration management configuration on PET-CT, and medical institutions should realize the quality control in the important meaning in the process of PET-CT application.%目的：调查分析5省13家医疗机构临床PET-CT在配置和使用中存在的问题，提出解决方案。对存在的问题进行初步分析。方法：对湖南、湖北、广东、广西和海南5省区13家医疗机构的13台PET-CT，从设备厂家及类型、购置金额及经费来源、使用年限、机构和使用科室以及是否配备回旋加速器等方面进行调查分析。结果：在13台PET-CT设备中，临床研究型为8台(占61.53%)，临床应用型为5台(占38.47%)。平均单价＞1700万元，其中，经费来源为融资合作的有7台(占53.84%)；使用年限＞10年的为1台(占7.69%)，使用年限＞5年＜10年的为6台(占46.15%)。配备回旋加速器的为5台(占38.46%)。结论：各医疗机构应对PET-CT的配置加强宏观配置管理；PET-CT设备在临床应用中的质量控制工作具有重要意义，必须引起足够的重视。
