临床医学工程师在MRI设备使用质量监督管理中的职能作用探讨

摘要

目的：在实施“医疗器械使用质量监督管理办法”的进程中，探讨临床医学工程师在磁共振成像(MRI)设备使用中质量监督管理的职能作用。方法：分析临床工程师在MRI设备采购中的质量监督、使用中的质量控制、转让与报废时的质量检测、临床医疗工作的辅助支持以及MRI设备的应用创新等方面的职能作用。结果：临床医学工程师是MRI设备使用质量监督管理的主要操作者，应当为MRI设备安全有效使用提供重要保障。结论：在对MRI设备的使用实施“全生命周期”质量监督管理的过程中，临床医学工程师承担着MRI设备使用中质量监督管理的重要职责。%Objective: Under the implement of “Regulations on Supervision of Usage Quality of Medical Devices”, the role of clinical engineers in the use of MRI equipment for quality supervision and management was researched. Methods: The role of clinical engineer quality supervision in equipment procurement, quality control of in-use, quality inspection in equipment transfer and disuse and the innovative work of MRI equipment were analyzed. Results: Clinical medical engineers, the main responsible person of the quality management and maintenance of MRI equipment, provide an important guarantee on safe and effective for medical devices. Conclusion: Clinical medical engineers have an important responsibility in the full life cycle of supervision in usage quality on MRI equipment.
