医学高校学科与实验室建设中院系基层党建路径分析与探索

     

摘要

目的:对国内近10年中文期刊所载高等院校基层党建工作研究文献进行数据挖掘、文献计量及文献评阅,探析高校基层党建研究的聚焦领域与发展趋势,结合医学高校院系工作实践探索基层党建在学科建设中的基本路径。方法:以多重查询方式检索2006-2015年间中国知网(CNKI)、万方文献数据库高校基层党建研究文献;进行文献计量、截取高频关键词以及高频关键词词篇分析,结合文献评阅研究我国高校基层党建研究的热点专题与趋势;循证本单位工作实践、找出发展路径。结果:获得样本文献2284篇,年发文量呈现逐年增长态势;对高频关键词及相关文献的文献评阅分析表明,当前我国高校基层党建研究集中在“工作模式与创新”、“学生党建”、“教学科研与学科建设”和“战斗堡垒与先锋模范作用”4个主要方面;基层党建如何与科研、教学及实验室资源共享等学科建设体系结合是值得延拓的专题。结论:高校基层党建实现服务型与教学科研型的功能定位,需要深入学科建设实际找准位点及适宜路径,设置党建与教学、科研及实验室建设等诸项工作的系统规划和实施项目管理,在践行群众路线中发挥战斗堡垒与先锋作用,服务于学校总体发展。%Objective:To acquire literatures on research of college grass-roots party construction from the Chinese journals for 10 years, data mining, bibliometrics, and literature review. And analyze focus topics and trend. Explore the essential pathway of grass-roots party construction combined with practice evidences of discipline and laboratory construction in college.Methods: By means of multiple query retrieval CNKI and WANFANG literature databases from 2006 to 2015. Collect the research literature of grass-roots party building in colleges and universities, extract the key words, construct high frequency words co-occurrence matrix, carry out bibliometrics and literature review analysis.Results: Sampled 2284 papers, the annual growth gradually. The analysis of high frequency keywords and related literature review shows that the current grass-roots party construction research in colleges and universities concentrated in the four aspects of “working mode and innovation”, “student party building”, “teaching and scientific research and discipline construction” and “fighting fortress and pioneering role”. How to combine grass-roots party construction and scientific research, teaching, laboratory resources sharing system of discipline construction is a field worth expending.Conclusion:The college grass-roots party construction achieve the function locations of service and teaching and research type, need further identify site points and the suitable pathway based on discipline construction actual, implementation of project management, and contribute to the overall development of the school.
