建立医疗设备培训师体系探讨

         

摘要

Objective:Elaborate the proposition of medical instrument trainers system which is meant to make the medical instrument operators master the operating skills better and make full use of the medical instrument so as to finally make benefit to the patients.Methods: The method of system theory was learnt to analyze from the following 3 aspects: the definition of medical instrument trainers, the function of the medical instrument trainers and the training methods for medical instrument trainers.Results: The functions of the medical instrument trainers were divided into the internal and the external. The internal function is to give systemic training to the clinical staff periodically, audit for staff promotion and instruct the clinical staff to use instrument safely. The external function is to exercise 2 major jobs which are clinical project research and feedback of user experience.Conclusion: We will enhance the function of the medical instrument trainers by the methods of promoting system for capable candidates and participating training for new instrument manufacturers in order to make sure the medical instrument is fully and effectively utilized in clinical. By enhancing the function of the medical instrument trainer, we can utilize the medical instrument more securely and effectively.%目的:探讨建立医疗设备培训师体系的构想,使医疗设备操作人员更好掌握操作技能,医用仪器发挥最大功能。方法:借鉴国外医疗设备培训师的理论与实践,从医疗设备培训师的定义、医疗设备培训师的职能以及医疗设备培训师的培养方法等进行分析。结果:医疗设备培训师的职能可分为:①定期对临床人员进行系统培训、晋升及操作考核,指导临床人员安全用械:②进行临床工程研究工作,以及医疗设备的使用、评价和反馈工作。结论:通过人才的选用提拔、参加新进医疗设备的培训以及参加医疗设备厂商的培训等方法,可加强医疗设备培训师的职能培训,确保医疗设备在临床上的高度和高效实用,以有效提高医疗设备临床应用的安全性与有效性。
