全数字化乳腺X射线成像系统质量控制检测智能评价系统的研究

         

摘要

Objective:To design automatic evaluation system of quality control test of full field digital mammography system so as to realize the automatic evaluation of automatic exposure control repeatability, uniformity of detector, spatial resolution and average glandular dose.Methods: The parameters of short-term quality control of full field digital mammography system, included of automatic exposure control repeatability, uniformity of detector, spatial resolution and average glandular dose, were detected, and then analysis software was applied to write test program based on Matlab platform. Finally, the automatic calculation and issue of test report of above four parameters were achieved.Results: Through quality control test of many times for full field digital mammography system, every test image was automatically calculated by using intelligent software. And it could fast issued test result and test report.Conclusion:The system can vastly shorten the time of analysis and calculation of the test data in quality control and enhance the efficiency of analysis and calculation of quality control.%目的:设计全数字化乳腺X射线成像系统质量控制检测自动评价系统,对全数字化乳腺X射线成像系统的自动曝光控制重复性、探测器均匀性、空间分辨率和腺体平均剂量4个质量控制检测参数实现自动评价.方法:对乳腺X射线机短期质量控制参数,即自动曝光控制重复性、探测器均匀性、空间分辨率和腺体平均剂量进行检测,应用分析软件基于Matlab平台编写检测程序,实现对4个质量控制检测参数的自动测算和检测报告的出具.结果:通过对数字乳腺X射线机进行每周检测一次、连续检测5周的质量控制检测,对每次的检测图像使用智能软件自动测算,可快速输出检测结果及检测报告.结论:全数字化乳腺X射线成像系统质量控制检测智能评价系统极大缩短质量控制检测数据分析测算时间,提高了质量控制检测分析测算效率.
