'放管服'环境下实验材料费管理探析

摘要

目的:探讨在"放管服"环境下高校实验材料的管理方法.方法:在分析实验材料费使用特点的基础上,从深化制度改革、提升监管效率、创新服务等方面探讨落实相关改革措施的方法.结果:通过完善材料费的管理模式,进一步促进高校科研经费使用的规范有效.结论:高校材料费的管理应围绕新形势下的改革思路,通过转变部门职能,助推高校科技创新活力.%Objective:To explore the management method of experiment materials of university under the supporting environment of "decentralization, managements and services".Methods: Based on the analysis of applied characteristics of experimental materials to explore and discuss the methods for practicing relative reform measurement from some aspects that included deepen reform of institution, enhanced efficiency of supervision, innovated service and so on.Results: Through improve the management mode about cost of materials, the normative and effective using of scientific research funds of university was further promoted.Conclusion: The management of materials costs of colleges and universities should focus on the reform thinking under the new situation, and it can help and promote the activity of innovation in science and technology through transforming the departmental functions.
