结合实践,介绍了腹腔镜阑尾切除术难易程度评分系统的建立及应用该系统进行腹腔镜外科医师培训的做法及取得的效果.%By relating to our practice, the paper introduces the construction of the scoring system to predict the difficulty of laparoscopic appendectomy and its application in laparoscopic technique training.Good results have been obtained.
