器官移植内科医师培训有关问题的思考

摘要

我国的器官移植事业在近20年的时间里迅速发展，随着移植外科技术的不断成熟、长期生存患者的不断增加，移植患者的内科管理、各种近期及远期并发症诊治的重要性日益突显，并直接影响移植受者的长期生存。因此，提高器官移植内科医师的水平、加强移植内科医师的队伍建设是我国移植事业发展中的一项重要任务。%The recent 20 years have witnessed rapid development in organ transplantation in our country.As transplant surgery technology matures,patients with long-term survival are increasing in number,but it is more and more important for medical management as well as diagnosis and treatment of various complications,which directly affect long-term survival of transplantation recipients.Therefore, improving the level of organ transplantation physicians and strengthening the team construction of transplant physicians is an important task in the development of organ transplantation in China.
