医院信息化进修管理系统的研发与应用思考

摘要

Nowadays,most hospitals in China are using traditional manual management mode to manage refresher doctors,which takes a lot of time and manpower.Moreover,traditional paper files are difficult to preserve and therefore cannot be used effectively for refresher management and quality control. In order to meet the requirements of open school-running pattern and go with the tide of further education development,we have developed the refresher management informatization system based on Access database,Tomcat server and Java technology.The system consists of the following modules:refresher information distribution, registration application, approval feedback and inquiry, training process uploading,end-of-training assessment performance uploading,graduation application,and statistical summary.In this way,we have realized hospital teaching administrators 'informatized management of training and improved the management and training quality of refresher doctors.%目前，我国大部分医院在进修管理工作上仍采用传统的手工管理模式，耗费大量的人力和时间，且纸质档案保存困难，不能实现进修过程管理和质量监控。为满足开放办学模式的要求和适应进修继续教育的发展，我们基于 Access 数据库、Tomcat 服务器和 Java 技术的三层架构体系，建立了信息化进修管理系统，其功能涵盖了进修信息发布模块、注册申请模块、审批反馈及查询模块、进修进度上传模块、出科考核成绩上传模块、结业申请模块及数据统计汇总模块。从而，实现了医院教务管理人员对进修工作的全过程信息化管理，提高了管理水平和培养质量。
