超声组织定征在肝脏弥漫性病变诊断中的研究进展

随着超声医学检测技术的不断提高,超声组织定征已成为肝脏弥漫性病变( Diffuse Liver Disease,DLD)的重要诊断和评价手段.肝脏弥漫性病变主要包括脂肪肝、肝纤维化及早期肝硬化.超声组织定征是定量评价组织细微结构变化、以声学表现和参数有效反映组织和病灶性质的超声研究,主要包括灰阶回声强度、背向散射积分声学密度分析和组织弹性成像,本文综述了上述超声组织定征技术在肝脏弥漫性病变诊断中的作用价值.%With the development of medical ultrasonic technology, ultrasound tissue characterization has become an important means for diagnosis and evaluation of diffuse liver disease, which including fatly liver, hepatic fibrosis and early cirrhosis. Ultrasound tissue characterization mainly evaluates micro-tissue structure's change by means of echo intensity, integrated backscalter and elaslography. In this article, we will review the recent advances in ultrasonic diagnosis of diffuse liver disease.
