中小医院医疗设备管理中的问题及对策

本文从医疗设备的制度建设、购置论证、成本核算、考核评价,人才培养以及信息化管理等方面,分析了当前一些中小型医院医疗设备管理中存在的问题,并提出了可行性对策.%The problems of medical equipment menagement in small and medium-sized hospitals are described from aspects of institutional system building, purchasing argument, cost accounting, evaluation, personal cultivation and information management in medical equipment management of small and medium sized hospital. The effective solutions are put forward.
