医疗设备成本效益实时监测模型和动态分析方法

摘要

本文通过建立成本效益考核数学模型,结合医院特点及设备实际情况,制定出以设备使用率为核心的收益指标,以设备投入、运行消耗为成本,探索成本效益分析计算方法,对大型医疗设备进行成本效益分析.为考察投资成本、考核设备实际运行和指导购置医疗设备提供了重要依据.%By setting up a mathematical model of cost-effectiveness assessment, this paper explores the calculation method by taking equipment utilization rate as the core income index, taking equipment investment and operation loss as the cost, to conduct cost-benefit analysis of large medical equipment. It provides an important basis for the inspection investment cost, the inspection equipment operation and guidance to purchase medical equipment.
