基于HIS的全科医生培训管理系统的开发

摘要

目的 为了规范化全科医生培训管理,推进教学改革、提升管理和决策水平,本文开发了全科医生培训管理系统.方法 系统基于医院信息系统( HIS),采用PowerBuilder开发工具,针对目前全科医生培训管理现状,成功地形成了一个新的适应全科医生培训系统.结果 实现了全科医生培训的电子化管理.结论 简化了教学管理部门的工作流程,提高了工作效率,为全科医生培训管理的规范化、信息化和科学化起到了积极的促进作用.%Objective In order to standardize the training management of general practitioners, promote educational reform, improve their management and decision-making level, this paper has developed a set of training management system of general practitioners. Methods In view of current situation of training management for general practitioners, based on hospital information system(HIS), we successfully developed a new training system adapted to general practitioners with PowerBuilder development tools. Results The electronic management for general practitioners training was realized. Conclusion The new system simplifies the management processes of teaching management department, improves working efficiency, also plays a positive role in promoting general practitioners training management to be standardized, informational and scientific.
