本文介绍了一种医用紧凑型回旋加速器水冷系统的设计和实现方法.该系统采用双循环结构以确保制冷量和温控精度,通过混床旁路去离子处理满足电导率要求,在确保设计参数的前提下,还考虑到整体结构的紧凑性.此外,开发了基于LabVIEW的人机界面,以实现系统的便捷监控,有利于与其他系统的集成.应用结果表明,该水冷系统能够满足医用加速器各子系统冷却需求,保证了设备的正常运行.%A water cooling system used for medical compact cyclotron was developed. The heat generated by the cyclotron is dissipated by the double circulation cooling system. This structure ensures the system enough refrigerating capacity and temperature accuracy, and the mixed bed bypass treatment keeps the low conductivity. The compactness of structure is taken into consideration on the premise of meeting design parameters. In addition, a GUI used for supervisory control based on LabVIEW has been developed, and is beneficial to the integration with other systems. The result of the application indicates that the water system can cool the subsystems of the cyclotron effectively, and the normal operation of equipments is guaranteed.
