骨科患者病历管理数据库系统的设计

摘要

In order to improve the hospital's orthopedic professional level of clinical staff, to provide a large number of actual cases for the researchers, to provide a wealth of subject matter for teachers and students. This paper, combined with the region orthopedic patient's specific situation and the international orthopedic disease classification criteria, proposes a database to achieve with the orthopedic patient records management. This paper first illustrates the orthopedic patient records management database system architecture design, which is divided into bone trauma, spinal surgery, joint surgery, and other modules, and each module has further detailed classification; then the main program interface design and program function design; finally test the system. Test results showed that the orthopedic patient records management database system can meet the clinical, research and teaching requirements.%为了提高医院骨科临床工作人员的业务水平,向科研人员提供大量的实际病例资料,为教师和学生提供丰富的题材,本文针对本地区骨科患者的具体情况,结合国际骨科疾病的分类与分型标准,提出了一种用数据库实现骨科患者病历管理的方法.首先给出了骨科患者病历管理数据库系统程序架构设计,将系统分为骨创、脊柱外科、关节外科等多个模块,并对每一个模块又进一步详细分型；然后对程序主界面和程序功能进行设计；最后对系统进行测试.测试结果显示,该骨科患者病历管理数据库系统的设计可以满足临床,科研和教学的要求.
