临床路径系统设计、实现与优化

摘要

Objective To establish the clinical pathway system in order to promote its application in the hospital. Methods The clinical pathway system is designed and developed based on HIS (Hospital Information System) from the aspects of the system structure, business dataflow, function modules and system optimization. Results Full utilization of the clinical pathway system is accomplished. The enrollment rate and completion rate of the clinical pathway is improved efficiently. Conclusion Application of the clinical path system enhances the efficiency of the clinicians and implements the informatization and intellectualization of the clinical path management.%目的通过建设临床路径系统来推动临床路径在医院的开展。方法基于医院信息系统，从系统架构、业务数据流、功能模块、系统优化等几个方面设计与开发临床路径系统。结果我院临床路径系统得到良好应用，临床路径的入组率、完成率得到有效提高。结论临床路径系统的应用，提升了临床医生的工作效率，实现了临床路径管理的信息化、智能化。
