目的 构建医院信息系统(HIS)安全运行环境,保障医疗工作有序进行.方法 我院计算机中心,依据ITIL(IT基础架构库)的服务管理标准和规范,根据医院的实际情况,按照PDCA循环(戴明环)的质量管理方法,对HIS运维管理流程进行持续改进.结果 提高了运维效率,防止了重大信息系统安全事件的发生.结论 在HIS运维中使用良好的管理方法,能够提高工作效率和医院整体信息系统应用水平,有效保障医疗工作有序进行.%Objective To construct the secure operation environment for HIS (Hospital Information System) so as to guarantee that the medical work can be done in good order. Methods In accordance with the practical situation of the hospital and quality management methods of PDCA(Plan, Do, Check, Action), continuous improvement of operation and maintenance management procedures in HIS are made in the computer center of Beijing Shijitan Hospital based on ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library) service management standards. Results The efficiency of operation and maintenance management is improved, which prevents serious security incidents from occurring to the HIS. Conclusion With application of proper management methods in operation and maintenance management of HIS, work efficiency and utilization of HIS get highly enhanced so as to ensure the medical work is done in good order.
