医用耗材采购信息化管理模式的探索

摘要

本文根据我院医用耗材采购管理的现状，分析了医用耗材管理存在的问题以及发展趋势和目标，并对供应链信息系统功能和采购管理模式进行介绍，说明信息化采购管理的优势和意义。%Based on the current situation of hospital medical consumables purchasing management, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of medical consumables as well as the development trend and target. Then this paper introduces the function of supply chain information system and the purchasing management mode, in order to show the superiority and significance of information purchasing management.
