婴儿培养箱预防性维护数据处理方法的改进

摘要

介绍了婴儿培养箱预防性维护（PM）工作流程，重点讨论了对PM数据后期处理方法的改进。设计了一个针对INCUTM便携式婴儿培养箱分析仪及培养箱检测数据进行后期处理的软件，应用该软件测得婴儿培养箱PM维护项目值，并与传统数据处理方法进行对比。实践证明改进方法使婴儿培养箱PM流程及测试结果更规范。%This paper introduces the workflow of infant incubator preventive maintenance (PM) and emphasizes the improvements of processing methods on PM data. With the design of a software which can process the PM data of INCUTM infant incubator analyzer and incubator, the values of maintenance projects can be detected. Compared with traditional data processing methods, the improvements can make PM worklfow and test results more normalization.
