MSCT对粘连带型腹内疝所致肠梗阻的临床诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）在粘连带型腹内疝所致肠梗阻诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析本院2012年7月～2013年9月收治的50例粘连带型腹内疝所致的肠梗阻患者的MSCT及临床手术资料。结果50例患者中，MSCT术前诊断为粘连带型腹内疝所致肠梗阻的为45例，提示其他5例可能为粘连带型腹内疝所致肠梗阻；临床手术证实50例患者均为粘连带型腹内疝所致肠梗阻。结论MSCT可获得高质量图像，对粘连带型腹内疝所致肠梗阻的诊断准确性高。%Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in diagnosing intestinal obstruction caused by adhesive abdominal internal hernia.Methods MSCT and clinical operation data of 50 patients with intestinal obstruction caused by adhesive abdominal internal hernia in our hospital from July 2012 to September 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among all the patients, 45 cases were diagnosed as intestinal obstruction caused by adhesive abdominal internal hernia and 5 cases were suggested as intestinal obstruction caused by adhesive abdominal internal hernia through MSCT. All the patients were conifrmed as intestinal obstruction caused by adhesive abdominal internal hernia by clinical operation.Conclusion MSCT which can obtain high-quality images can diagnose intestinal obstruction accurately.
