双位红外感应输液报警装置的研制

     

摘要

Objective To design a kind of low-cost and high-safety infusion alarming device.Methods With the adoption of the principle of infrared induction, the double infrared induction infusion alarming device was designed, which consisted of ifve parts, including the infrared sensor, signal ampliifer system, microcontroller unit, control unit, sound and light alarming unit as well as the battery unit. The working principle of the alarming device was to use double infrared sensing device to detect liquid infusion in the pipeline. The detected signals by either of the two infrared could be detected once the infusion ended, then leading to the change between the two infrared so as to trigger the alarm device. At the same time, it also could prevent bubbles into the body during the process of infusion.Results According to the experiment results, the infusion alarming device showed its high-sensitivity, low-cost and easy-to-use advantages.Conclusion The design of the infusion alarming device was safe and convenient to use, which had practical effectiveness.%目的:设计制作一种低成本,安全性高的输液报警装置。方法运用红外感应原理,设计制作了双位红外感应输液及报警装置。该报警器由红外线感应、信号放大系统、MCU主控单元、声亮报警单元和电池供电单元5个部分组成,利用两路红外线感知输液管道内液体的有无,输液结束会导致两者间信号变化,从而促发报警装置。同时,也可以预防输液过程中气泡进入体内可能。结果该报警器报警灵敏、成本低廉、使用方便。结论笔者设计的输液报警器具有临床实用价值。
