基于自体荧光诊断技术的早期肿瘤检测系统的研究

     

摘要

The LIAF (Laser-Induced Auto-Fluorescence) diagnostic technique was featured with high sensitivity, painlessness, non-invasion and the capability of identifying the slight lfuorescence of early tumors and the cancerous boundary. This paper detailed the design, structure, working principle and actual experiment content of the LIAF-based early-stage tumor diagnosis system. Moreover, comparisons were made between the auto-lfuorescence diagnostic technique and conventional early-stage tumor diagnostic techniques in the aspects of electron staining, iodine staining and methylene blue staining.%激光诱导的自体荧光诊断技术具有灵敏度高、无痛无创、能发现早期肿瘤的微弱荧光并确定肿瘤边界等优点。本文详细介绍了以自体荧光诊断技术为基础的早期肿瘤检测系统的设计思路、结构组成、工作原理及实际试验内容,并对自体荧光诊断技术与常规早期肿瘤诊断手段如电子染色、碘染色、美蓝染色等进行了比较。
