多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术在儿童埋伏牙检查中的应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术在儿童埋伏牙检查中的应用价值。方法选取84例临床疑有埋伏牙的儿童，随机分为3组（每组28例），分别运用120、100、80 kV管电压进行扫描，其余扫描参数均相同，比较各组间CT剂量指数（CTDIvol）、剂量长度乘积（DLP）及图像质量的差别。结果80 kV组和100 kV组的CTDIvol分别为120 kV组的33%和59%，且三组图像质量均合格，均能够满足诊断要求。结论对儿童埋伏牙进行CT扫描时，采用管电压80 kV既能降低辐射剂量，又能保证图像质量，值得推广。%Objective To explore the effectiveness of application of low-dose multi-spiral CT in dental examinations for children with embedded teeth. Methods A total of 84 children with suspected embedded teeth were selected and divided randomly into three groups with 28 cases in each group.Then, all the groups were scanned by a multi-slice spiral CT with a tube voltage of 120 kV, 100 kV and 80 kV respectively. Additionally, all the other parameters were same so as to compare the CTDIvol (CT Dose Index Volume), DLP (Dose-Length Product) and imaging quality between each two groups.Results The CTDvol of the groups scanned with the tube voltage of 80 kV and 100 kV were 33%and 59%of that of the other group respectively. The imaging quality of the three groups was up to standard and can meet the diagnostic requirement.Conclusion CT Scanning with the tube voltage of 80 kV has proven its effectiveness indental examinations for children with embedded teeth, which can ensure excellent imaging quality and is worthwhile to be promoted.
