基于XML的医院信息集成平台的研究与应用

摘要

Objective To establish a hospital information integration platform to solve the problems of unstandardized data exchange interface and failure in information sharing between each information system in the hospital.Methods The hospital information integration platform was developed by using Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Web Service technology with taking the patients as the center and the convenience of the clinical as the direction. Through the establishment of loose coupling relationship, the platform was connected with Hospital Information System (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Laboratory Information System (LIS) to realize information sharing.Results The reconstruction of the medical process was made in the hospital through application of information integration platform to achieve the effective control of the medical quality, economic costs and other objectives.Conclusion Based on XML and Web Service technology, it could effectively support the construction of the hospital information system integration platform.%目的：建立医院信息集成平台，解决医院各信息系统数据交换接口不规范、信息不能共享问题。方法医院信息集成平台以患者为中心，以方便临床为方向，运用可扩展标记语言（XML）和Web Service技术开发。平台通过建立松耦合关系把医院信息系统（HIS）、电子病历（EMR）系统、图像存储与传输系统（PACS）与实验室信息系统（LIS）连接起来，实现信息共享。结果我院通过信息集成平台的应用，重建了医疗流程，实现了对医疗质量和经济成本等目标的有效控制。结论XML和Web Service技术可以有力支撑医院信息系统集成平台的建设。
