我院医疗设备电磁兼容问题分析和解决三例

摘要

The malfunctions of medical devices resulting from EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) in our hospital were analyzed, including the EMI of high-frequency electric knife on the temperature-controlling blanket, the EMI produced by electric welding machine on the CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) screen of CT workstation, and the EMI of the power supply line on the echocardiography probe head. The reasons for EMI phenomena were identified through analysis, and the different anti-EMI measures were taken. The results showed that three cases of EMI problems were well solved.%本文针对我院发生的由电磁干扰引起的医疗设备运行不良事件进行了分析，事件包括：高频电刀对控温毯的电磁干扰、电焊机对CT机工作站阴极射线管（Cathode Ray Tube，CRT）显示器的电磁干扰、电源线路对彩超心脏探头的电磁干扰。通过分析明确了电磁干扰现象产生的原因，并分别采用不同的抗电磁干扰措施进行处理，结果表明三例电磁干扰现象均得到良好解决。
