眼科光学相干断层扫描仪的横向分辨率检测探讨

摘要

At present, there are several different methods for evaluation of lateral resolution of ophthalmic OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography), in which the optical lens detection method is the most scientific. This paper focuses on application of the optical lens detection method to realize the detection of lateral resolution of ophthalmic OCT, introduces the theoretical basis and design, and completes the verification experiments. The experimental results show that the method meets the test needs of ophthalmic OCT. Meanwhile, this method needs to be optimized from various aspects, such as its optical design.%目前对于眼科光学相干断层扫描仪（OCT）的横向分辨率存在几种评价方法，其中光学透镜检测法更具有科学性。本研究实现了使用光学透镜检测OCT横向分辨率，介绍了它的理论依据和设计方法，并通过了验证实验。结果表明光学透镜检测法基本符合眼科OCT的测试需求，同时需要在光学设计等方面进行优化。
