Ventilator is an equipment of the highest risk level in clinical application, and it is important for hospital intensive care and emergency treatment. Therefore, it's necessary to use ventilator properly, reduce failure rate during using and disinfection. This paper classified ventilator fault cases in the last two years, summarized and analyzed fault causes, and adopted countermeasures to solve these faults. We find that fault rate declined obviously through comparison of fault data before and after adopting these countermeasures. Ventilator fault rate could be reduced by adopting proper maintenance means, and which could guarantee clinical work.%呼吸机是临床应用风险等级最高的医疗设备之一,是医院重症监护和急救抢救的重要设备.因此需要正确使用呼吸机,降低操作、消毒等过程中的故障.本文通过统计我院两年内呼吸机的故障案例,总结、分析故障原因,制定并实施对策.采样实施对策前后故障数据进行对比,发现呼吸机故障率降低.采用合理的维护手段可以降低呼吸机故障率,为临床工作提供更好的保障.
