利用互联网技术改进放射科患者检查流程

摘要

目的 建设放射科医学影像服务系统,改进放射科检查流程,提高患者就诊满意度.方法以医院现有的全院级医学影像存档与通信系统(PACS)为基础,利用互联网云技术,借助智能手机、PAD、PC等终端设备,实现医学影像胶片服务、影像远程诊断服务、专家远程读片服务.结果建立了以微信为平台的放射科医学影像服务系统,患者通过关注公众号绑定就诊卡,可以查看自己的检查登记/排队次序、诊断报告、医学图像等信息.结论通过建立系统,改进了放射科患者检查流程,提高了放射科的工作效率,缩短了患者就诊时间,减少了由于排队等候等造成的医患矛盾.%Objective To improve the radiological examination process and increase the patients'satisfaction, the medical imaging service system was established in radiology department of our hospital. Methods Based on existing full-PACS system, with the use of the Internet cloud technology and terminals devices like digital mobile phones, PAD and PC, some imaging services included medical image film, remote diagnostic imaging, remote expert reading came true. Results Medical imaging services system with WeChat platform was set up. Patients could check their registration queue, diagnostic reports, medical images and other information by following the official account and binding hospital cards. Conclusion Through the establishment of the system, the radiological examination process was improved, which increased the work efficiency of radiology department, shortened the patient's examination time and reduced the doctor-patient contradiction caused by queue.
