生物可降解输尿管支架管研究进展

摘要

It has been three decades since the application of ureteral stent in urological clinics.Due to the non-degradability and biocompatibility of the making materials,there exist some defects and problems in its clinical application,which also drives people to devote more efforts in exploring biodegradable ureteral stent.Currently,there are some insecurity factors in the application of biodegradable stents,such as randomness of degradation,long degrading time and too big degrading productions,etc.This article mainly focused on the research progress of biodegradable stent from the aspects of degradable biomaterials and making processes.%输尿管支架管被用于泌尿外科临床己有30余年的历史.由于制成材料本身的不可降解和生物相容性,其在临床的应用存在一些缺点和问题.这也使得人们在可降解输尿管支架管领域进行了较多地探索.目前,可降解输尿管支架管的应用仍存在一些不安全因素,如降解的无序性、耗时长、产物大等.本文主要论述可降解输尿管在降解材料和制备工艺方面的研究进展.
