This article explores the design and application of maintenance management platform based on mobile network. This platform needs to meet the needs of staff, maintenance engineers and maintenance managers at the same time so as to facilitate tracking, assessment and allocation of human resources. In this way, indicators of maintenance work can be statistically and quantitatively analyzed, which makes it possible to horizontally compare maintenance services, and thus ultimately change the traditional extensive maintenance service that is dependent on experience for a long time due to the lack of quantitative data.%本文就建立移动网络的维修管理平台进行了设计和使用探索。该平台需要满足同时面对临床报修人、维修工程师和维修管理员三方需求,便于追踪、考核和人力资源配置,能量化统计和分析维修工作中的各项指标,使横向比较维修服务成为可能,并以此深化最终改变此前困于没有量化数据从而长期依赖经验维修模式的传统粗放型维修服务。
