在体测量大鼠缺血性脑损伤引起的脑组织电阻抗变化及组织形态学对照研究

     

摘要

Objective To study the impedance variation of ischemic stroke and its’ secondary brain edema to distinguish the two types of brain injuries.Methods Two-electrode method was used to measure impedance of rats’ brain in vivo continuously. Then we analyzed the impedance variation over time, and the microscopic morphology parameters were analyzed by Image-Pro Plus as comparison and verification of the impedance variation.Results Electrical impedance of rat ischemic brain has risen 10%~20% after 6~8 h of brain ischemia, where the peak of the electrical impedance shows out. Then the impedance reduced over time. And there was a good correlation between the impedance variation and the microscopic morphology parameters.Conclusion Bioelectrical impedance measurement technique can be used to distinguish ischemic stroke and secondary brain edema, as indicated by the impedance variation of rat ischemic brain over time.%目的:用电阻抗的变化趋势区分缺血脑卒中及其继发性脑水肿。方法采用两电极法连续在体测量脑缺血大鼠脑组织的电阻抗,观察分析卒中后脑组织电阻抗随时间的变化规律,并用Image-Pro Plus分析微观形态学参数,作为脑卒中后电阻抗变化的对照和验证。结果大鼠脑组织在缺血6~8 h后,电阻抗达到峰值,与正常脑组织的电阻抗相比高10%~20%,随后大鼠缺血脑组织的电阻抗降低,同时缺血脑组织电阻抗的变化与微观形态学参数的变化有良好的相关性。结论大鼠缺血脑组织电阻抗随大鼠脑缺血时间的变化趋势表明,生物电阻抗测量技术有望用于区分缺血性脑卒中和卒中后的脑水肿。
