Objective To realize objective and quantitative evaluation of maintenance service by designing a mobile application used for after-sales service assessment of stereotactic radiosurgery devices. Methods In this study, WeChat was taken as the system entry and operation platform to realize three business function modules: personnel equipment management, maintenance service flow and data collection and analysis. At the same time, four auxiliary functional modules, including message push, information query, system maintenance and background management, had been improved. Results With the usable, acceptable and efficient qualities, the system had been deployed and running stalely, continuously collecting data for research project. Conclusion The system is adequate for objective and quantitative evaluation, and closed-loop management of maintenance service, which has certain significance of innovation and promotion.%目的 设计用于立体定向放疗设备售后服务体系评价的移动终端应用,实现维修服务的客观定量评价.方法 以微信为系统入口和运行平台,实现人员设备管理、维修服务流程、数据采集分析三个业务功能模块和消息推送、信息查询、系统维护和后台管理四个辅助功能模块.结果 系统操作简单、易于接受、效率较高,现已部署完成并平稳运行,持续为课题任务采集数据集.结论 系统可用于实现维修服务的客观定量评价和闭环管理,具有一定的创新性和推广意义.
