肝肿瘤射频消融温度场仿真技术研究综述

     

摘要

肝肿瘤射频消融温度场仿真建模的关键技术主要包括热沉积计算、生物热方程求解和靶组织热损伤评价,其中热损伤区的仿真结果显著受到生物组织特性参数(热物性参数和电参数)、大血管冷却作用和射频消融电极等因素的影响.本文主要对肝肿瘤射频消融原理、温度场仿真和射频消融中的影响因素等内容进行综述,最后指出了射频消融仿真建模中存在的问题.%The primary techniques in temperature field simulation of liver tumor include thermal deposition calculation, bio-heat dissipation solving and target tissue thermal damage area estimation. The ablation zone is mainly affected by biological tissue characteristic parameters (thermophysical parameters and electrical parameters), the heat sink effect of large vessels and radiofrequency ablation electrode needles. In this paper, the principles of radiofrequency ablation of liver tumors, temperature field simulation and the effect factors of radiofrequency ablation were reviewed. The problems with RFA modeling and simulation were also summarized.
