高效液相色谱法测定一次性使用真空采血管中的EDTA-Na2

         

摘要

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative analysis of EDTA-Na2 in disposable vacuum vessel.Method: The chromatographic analysis were carried out on a Venusil MP C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm), and the mobile phase was methanol-25% tetrebutyl ammonium hydroxide-88% formic acid and water (20:1.3:0.6:980)(pH3.5). The detection was carried out at 254nm, with a lfow rate of 0.6 ml/min. The column temperature was 30˚C. Result: Disodium EDTA curves were linear in the range of 4μg~100μg/ml(r=1.0000), the average recovery was 97.4%.Conclusion: This rapid and simple method shows high speciifcity and reproducibility, which is suitable for the assay of EDTA-Na2 in disposable vacuum vessel. The results are accurate and reliable.%目的:建立一次性使用真空采血管中的E D TA-N a2的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法:采用Venusil MP C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5µm),流动相为甲醇-25%四丁基氢氧化铵-88%甲酸-水(20:1.3:0.6:980)(pH3.5);检测波长:254nm;柱温:30˚C;流速:0.6 mL/m i n。结果:乙二胺四乙酸二钠峰不受干扰,在4μg~100μg/m l浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000)。高、中、低3种浓度的平均回收率为97.4%。结论:本方法快速简便,专属性强,重复性好,结果准确可靠,适用于多种一次性使用真空采血管中EDTA-Na2的检测。
