目的：探讨依匹斯汀胶囊与卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的临床疗效。方法：收集100例慢性荨麻疹患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。观察组患者使用盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对患者进行联合治疗，对照组患者使用常规方法进行治疗。观察患者治疗后以及相关不良反应，分析依匹斯汀胶囊联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对慢性荨麻疹患者的临床治疗效果。结果：两组患者在经过治疗后均有所好转，但观察组患者的治疗总有效率98%明显优于对照组患者的治疗总有效率80%，同时观察组患者的并发症发生率4%明显优于对照组患者的并发症发生率12%，所有差异均为显著性差异（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论：在对慢性荨麻疹患者进行治疗的过程中，使用依匹斯汀胶囊和卡介苗多糖核酸注射液联合治疗是一种较为有效的治疗方法。%Objective:to investigate in accordance with the horse sting with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid clinical curative effect for the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria. Methods:collect 100 patients with chronic urticaria,using hydrochloric acid in accordance with the horse sting capsule combined of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid of patients with combined treatment,observation of patients after treatment,and related adverse reactions,analyze in accordance with the horse sting joint of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment in patients with chronic urticaria. Results:all patients were in use in accordance with the horse sting and a way of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid combination therapy achieved good therapeutic effect. Conclusion:in the course of treatment in patients with chronic urticaria,and use in accordance with the horse sting and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid combined treatment effect is better.
