牙周炎患者种植手术的临床分析

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of dental implantation on periodontitis. Methods:92 patients with periodontitis were divided into treatment group and control group with 46 patients each group. Control group was treated with routine denture repair treatment. Treatment group were treated by therapeutics of denture planting. The curative effects were observed. Results:The total effective rate of periodontitis treatment was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The differences were significant in both periodontitis symptoms disappearance time and masticatory function recovery time(P<0.05). Conclusions:Denture cultivation method could effectively improve the effectiveness of treatment;reduce the function recovery time. It is worthy of studying further.%目的：探讨义齿种植手术治疗牙周炎症的临床疗效。方法：选取92例牙周炎患者，将其随机分成对照组、观察组，各46例，对照组给予常规的义齿的修复治疗方案，观察组给予义齿的种植治疗方案，观察两组患者牙周炎的治疗效果。结果：牙周炎治疗效果总有效率观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者牙周炎症状消失时间、咀嚼功能恢复正常所需时间比较，均有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：采用义齿种植的方法可以有效提高牙周炎治疗的有效率，缩短患者的恢复时间，值得对其进行进一步研究。
