观察复方阿替卡因（碧兰麻）在牙体牙髓病治疗中的麻醉效果

摘要

Objective:To observe the anesthetic effect of compound articaine(primacaine)in the treatment of endodontic disease. Methods:300 cases pulp diseases patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 150 cases. Control group were narcotized with procaine. Treatment group were narcotized with compound articaine. The local infiltration anesthesia and block anesthesia,and injection anesthesia in pulp cavity and periodontal membrane cavity were performed on two groups of patients respectively. Results:The anesthesia effect of treatment group was obviously better than control group(P<0.05),and was no other postoperative untoward effects. Conclusions:The using of compound articaine showed advantage of good anesthesia effect thus had good promotional value in clinic.%目的：观察复方阿替卡因（碧兰麻）在牙体牙髓病治疗中的麻醉效果。方法：选取300例牙髓病患者，随机将其分为对照组和观察组各150例，对照组采用普鲁卡因进行麻醉，观察组采用复方阿替卡因进行麻醉，对两组麻醉效果进行比较。结果：观察组的麻醉效果明显好于对照组（P<0.05），且术后没有其他不良反应。结论：采用复方阿替卡因对牙髓病患者进行治疗，其麻醉效果好，在临床值得推广。
