局部注射曲安奈德治疗瘢痕增生的观察及护理

摘要

目的：探讨药物治疗瘢痕增生的有效方法及护理措施。方法：采用曲安奈德注射液（40mg/ml）与2%盐酸利多卡因按1：2比例混合摇匀进行瘢痕局部注射，同时配合心理护理和准确操作手法以及细心的用药观察等措施。结果：148例患者经治疗后局部痛痒感基本消失，瘢痕组织变软，颜色变浅，瘢痕疙瘩缩小，变平坦，随访1～3年，总效率100%。结论：采用曲安奈德加盐酸利多卡因治疗瘢痕增生和瘢痕疙瘩，是目前治疗瘢痕的一种简便有效的方法，值得推广和利用。%Objective:To explore the effective method of drug for the treatment of scar hyperplasia and nursing measures. Methods Using the triamcinolone acetonide injection(40mg/ml)with 2% lidocaine hydrochloride by 1:2 ratio of mixed strain scar local injection,at the same time with the psychological nursing and accurate manipulation and careful observation of drug use and other measures. Results:146 patients were treated after local itching disappeared,scar tissue becomes soft,color becomes shallow,keloid narrow, flattened,followed up for 1-3 years,the total efficiency is 100%. Conclusion Use of triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine hydrochloride in treatment of hyperplastic scar and keloid,is a simple and effective method for the treatment of scar now,worthy of promotion and utilization.
