正颌正畸联合治疗在唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形患者中的应用

摘要

目的：观察正颌外科联合术后正畸矫治在唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形患者的中的临床效果。方法：选取我院2013年5月至2014年5月期间收治的110例唇腭裂术后出现牙颌面畸形的患者作为临床研究对象，并将其随机分为对照组和研究组各55例。术后随访1年，以观察两组患者治疗后牙齿的咬合关系、咀嚼功能的改善程度以及术后畸形复发的情况。结果：研究组患者通过正颌正畸联合治疗后牙齿咬合关系、咀嚼功能改善得到有效提升，术后畸形复发率明显下降。结论：正颌正畸联合治疗在唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形患者中能够有效的改善咀嚼功能、降低术后畸形的发生率，是治疗唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形的理想方法，具有重要的临床推广使用价值。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined orthognathic and orthodontic surgery on maxillofacial deformities after cleft lip and palate surgery. Methods:Selecting 110 cases with cleft lip and palate in postoperative dental maxillofacial deformity in the hospital from May, 2013 to May, 2014 as the research object, and randomly dividing them into control group and the research group, with 55 cases in each group. Results:Occlusal relationship and masticatory function after orthodontic combination therapy improved effectively, and postoperative deformity recurrence rate declined obviously. Conclusion:Combined orthognathic and orthodontic surgery on maxillofacial deformities after cleft lip and palate surgery can improve the occlusal relationship and reduce the incidence of postoperative deformity. It is an ideal method, and has the important value of clinical use.
