自拟中药“美容祛斑汤”治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨自拟中药“美容祛斑汤”治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：从本院2011年9月～2013年9月收治的黄褐斑患者中随机选择200例进行研究。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为98.0%，对照组为50.0%，经比较两组差异有统计学意义，（Χ2=12.58，P＜0.05）。结论：较之常规疗法，利用自拟中药“美容祛斑汤”治疗黄褐斑可以获得更好的效果。%Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine “beauty freckle decoction” in chloasma treatment. Methods:200 cases with chloasma in the hospital from September, 2011 to September, 2013 were selected and researched. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 98.0%, and that of the control group was 50.0%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (Χ2=12.58, P<0.05). Conclusion:“Beauty freckle decoction”can get better effect in treating chloasma compared with conventional therapy.
