大面积烧伤病人瘢痕增生38例防治效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨分析大面积烧伤患者瘢痕增生的临床疗效观察。方法：随机抽取本院2007年7月至2013年12月共收治的38例大面积烧伤病人的临床资料进行分析。结果：经临床治疗后，其疼痛、瘙痒症状均明显消失或减轻。患者治疗前后疼痛持续时间与治疗前后患者瘙痒时间经统计学分析，有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：大面积的烧伤是一种全身性疾病，应积极的处理瘢痕创面及疼痛瘙痒等症状，减轻患者的疾病痛苦，促进患者的功能恢复，提高患者的生活质量。%Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect analysis of large area burn patients with hyperplastic scar. Method:The clinical data of 38 cases of large area burn were randomly selected from July, 2007 to December,2013 in the hospital. Result:After the treatment,the pain and itching symptoms were disappeared or reduced. Before and after treatment in patients with pain and patients with pruritus time duration,there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:Large area burn is a systemic disease,and scar wound and pain,itching and other symptoms should be actively treated,to reduce patients’ pain,promote functional recovery of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
