透明质酸修护生物膜辅助治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察透明质酸修护生物膜联合他克莫司及复方倍他米松注射液治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法60例患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例外用透明质酸修护生物膜8周，联合外用他克莫司4周，同时单次肌肉注射复方倍他米松注射液；对照组仅外用他克莫司4周，两组均口服左西替利嗪片5 mg/d。结果治疗组起效时间为（1.75±0.62）d，对照组起效时间为(6.20±1.65)d。疗程结束后4周治疗组总有效率93.33％，对照组总有效率67.86％。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论透明质酸修护生物膜联合他克莫司及复方倍他米松注射液治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效满意，安全可靠，值得基层皮肤科医师选择应用。%ObjectiveTo observe the outcome of hyaluronan-containing emulsion , tacrolimus and diprospan used together to treat facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group (30 cases) received hyaluronan-containing emulsion for 8 weeks and tacrolimus for 4 weeks with diprospan injected at the same time. Control group was only treated with tacrolimus for 4 weeks. Both groups took Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride Tablets 5mg/d.Results Onset time is (1.75±0.62) d in treatment group while it is (6.20±1.65)d in the other group. After 4 weeks’ treatment, the effectiveness of treatment group is 93.33% which is better than 67.86% in control group. Thedifferences were statistical significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Hyaluronan-containing emulsion combined with tacrolimus and diprospan are safe and effective for treating facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis.
