800nm半导体激光脱腋毛的临床疗效和安全性分析

     

摘要

目的:评价800 nm半导体激光脱腋毛的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用800 nm半导体激光脱毛仪对400例患者800处腋窝部行脱毛治疗,波长800 nm,光斑直径9 mm×9mm,能量密度是15到30J/cm,脉冲宽度30-100 ms,治疗间隔6~8周,分别于治疗3次、6次后评价疗效。结果400例患者经3-6次连续治疗后均达到理想的脱毛效果,治疗后腋窝部毛发数量明显减少,再生的毛发较之前浅淡且细小。其中3次治疗后累计脱毛治愈率为10.75%,6次治疗后累计治愈率达100.0%。部分患者治疗过程中出现红斑、瘙痒、多汗症、臭汗症等并发症,经积极处理后均消退,长期随访无并发症遗留。结论800 nm半导体激光用于腋窝部脱毛效果确切,安全性高,患者满意度高,不良反应小。%[ABSTRACT] ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of 800 nm vacuum diode laser axillary hair removal system. MethodsA total of 400 patients (800 sites) were treated with 800 nm vacuum diode laser to perform axillary hair removal. The parameters were set as below: wave length 800nm, energy density:15-30 J /cm2,spot size: 9mm×8mm,and pulse duration: 30-100 ms.The interval time was 6 to 8 weeks. The efifcacy was evaluated after third times and sixth times treatment.Result In total,400 patients had satisfactory effects after 3 to 6 continuous treatments. The axillary hair was reduced obviously and the regenerated hair was ifne and pale.Three times after treatment, 10.75% patients had more than 95% axillary hair reduction. After six times treatment, all the patients had more than 95% hair reduction. A part of patients occurred erythema, pruritus, hyperhidrosis, bromidrosis, folliculitis, and all of them were recovered in one to three month. No complication were found after long-term follow-up time.Conclusion 800 nm diode laser vacuum axillary hair removal system is a relatively safe,efifcient and high satisfaction for axillary hair removal with few complication.
