目的探讨一种微创的、不需外科手术的综合鼻整形技术在临床整形中的应用效果。方法自2014年1月～2015年10月间，抽选了32例应用注射填充及埋线支撑法进行鼻整容的患者，在患者鼻根、鼻梁处采用注射填充的方法，抬高鼻根和鼻梁，鼻头、鼻小柱部分埋锯齿线的方法，以抬高鼻尖，或使鼻尖上翘，或进行鼻延长，对患者的整形效果进行调查。结果：32例患者在手术治疗后鼻型均获得不同程度的改善，患者无感染、鼻中隔穿孔表现，对患者的生活、工作均无影响。其中有25例患者对美观度满意，满意度为78.1%，有7例患者对美观度满意一般，一般率为21.9%。结论：注射填充及埋线支撑法鼻整形创伤小，没有恢复期，效果明显，值得推广应用。%Objective To investigate a minimally invasive, without surgical comprehensive rhinoplasty technique in clinical ortho paedic application effect.
