目的：观察薇诺娜果酸在治疗面部痤疮的疗效。方法用薇诺娜果酸产品治疗30例16-37岁面部痤疮，以患者治疗前后作对照观察临床疗效。结果经过5次果酸活肤治疗后，总有效率达83.3%，痊愈率达30%，显效率达53.33%，好转率达16.67%，无效率为0.00。果酸活肤治疗过程中会出现发痒、发红、刺痛、烧灼、结痂等现象，但都可在一周左右恢复。结论薇诺娜果酸产品在治疗面部痤疮上有效。%Objective To observe the curative effect of Winona product alpha hydroxy acids in the treatment of facial acne. Methods 30 cases of patients with facial acne, 16-37 years old, were treated with Winona product alpha hydroxy acids, and compared the curative effect of before with after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 83.3%, the cure rate was 30%, the obvious effective rate was 53.33%, the improvement rate was 16.67%, and the noneffective rate was 0.00. Though a series of symptoms would appear in the treatment, such as itching, redness, pain, fever, scabby and so on, they could restore in a week. Conclusion Winona product alpha hydroxy acids is effective for the treatment of facial acne.
