基于利特尔法则的生产线性能定量评估及仿真验证

     

摘要

Based on Little's Law, a comprehensive quantitative assessing method was proposed to analyze the performance of a production line by taking the best, worst and the actual state as benchmark. Through above method, the restrict factors of the production line performance would be dug out. At the same time, the improvements opportunity of the production line performance would be also quantified. Taking the actual vehicle assembly line as an example, according to the raw manufacturing data of the assembly line, the actual manufacturing parameters of the assembly line were obtained by simulation with Promodel. Then these parameters were taken as input to evaluate the assembly line quantitatively using the quantitative evaluation method of the production line.%基于利特尔法则,以最佳、最差和实际三种生产状态作为标杆,提出一种生产线性能定量评估法,用生产线性能评估参数反映生产线优劣程度,并进一步量化生产线可改进的空间.以实际汽车总装车头装配线为例,根据生产线上采集的原始生产数据,运用离散事件仿真软件(ProModel)仿真出生产线实际生产参数,再以这些参数为输入,定量评估生产线性能的优劣程度和改进空间,以验证该方法的有效性.
