数字监控系统视频编解码器性能测试方法

摘要

At present, there are no standards and methods on video codec's performance testing. According to some indexes which users care most in practice, this paper proposed test methods and principles for definition, moving image quality, codec delay and video stream. By comparisons, the differences and applications of the two test methods on the codec delay were discussed. This will offer references to inspection work of video codec quality evaluation and digital monitor system.%针对目前尚无对视频编解码器主要性能测试的标准和方法,围绕视频编解码器在实际应用中用户最关心的一些性能指标,提出了“清晰度”、“运动图像质量”、“编解码时延”和“视频码流”的测试方法和原理.通过测试结果的比对,重点讨论了编解码时延两种测试方法的差异和应用场合,为进行视频编解码器质量评价及数字监控系统的检测工作提供了参考.
