煤的平衡水分测定系统开发及实验分析

         

摘要

针对目前制备煤的平衡水分基样品实验方法中普遍存在温度、压力和湿度等指标控制不准,制备样品量太少,耗时费力等问题,开发一套煤的平衡水分基样品的制备系统,该系统结构简单、设计合理、操作方便、实用性强.利用该系统对6样次平衡水分测定进行重复实验,结果符合一般实验测试允许误差要求,且数据稳定、重现性好.选取2种不同变质程度的煤样(长焰煤和无烟煤),进行平衡水分基样品制备过程对比实验.结果表明:2组样品在8~36 h内的水分平衡效率最高,长焰煤早于无烟煤达到水分平衡.综上所述,该系统适用于不同变质程度的煤样进行平衡水分基样品制备,通过多次实验总结经验,设定合理的平衡时间,可以大幅度提高实验效率,便于推广使用.%In order to solve such problems as inaccurate control of the temperature,pressure and humidity, too small amount of sample preparation and great time and labor consumption in the preparation of coal equilibrium moisture based samples, a preparation system of coal equilibrium moisture based samples was developed. The system was of simple structure,reasonable design,easy operation and strong practicality. Repeated experiment of equilibrium moisture measurement of 6 samples was carried out with the system, and the results were in accordance with the allowable error requirements of general experiments,and the data were stable and reproducible. Two kinds of coal samples with different metamorphism (long flame coal and anthracite) were selected to carry out the comparative experiment of the preparation process of equilibrium moisture based samples. The results show that the water equilibrium efficiency of the two groups is the highest in 8-36h and the long flame coal is earlier than the anthracite to reach the water equilibrium. In summary, the system is suitable for the preparation of equilibrium moisture based samples of coal with different metamorphism. Through several experiments, it can be summed up that setting a reasonable equilibration time can greatly improve the experimental efficiency and convenience for the promotion and use.
