Aiming to resolve the problem of inapplicability of field application of stress wave communication equipment in current use, developed a structural health monitoring oriented stress wave communication stimulus module, proposed a new framework for stimulus module and put forward designs of a submodule for spread spectrum communication and a piezoelectric ceramics stimulus power source.The module could realize structural health information acquisition, spread spectrum and amplification, thus stimulating stress wave carrying structural health information. Results show that the module can transmit structural and temperature data under the circumstances that the carrier-to-noise ratio is smaller than 2dB and no bit error appears, by which the problem of failing to use electromagnetic wave for sensor information communication in special conditions can be solved.%针对现有应力波通信设备不适宜现场应用的难题,该文开发面向结构健康监测的应力波通信激励模块.提出激励模块新架构,重点设计扩频通信子模块和压电陶瓷激励电源.该模块可完成结构健康信息的采集、扩频和放大,最终激励承载结构健康信息的应力波.测试结果表明:该模块能够在载噪比低于2 dB的情况下进行结构温度信息的传输,并且无误码,可解决特殊环境下难以采用电磁波进行传感信息通信难题.
