基于ECE R131的商用车AEB系统性能试验研究

         

摘要

In this paper, the technical principle and control scheme of AEB system of vehicles were presented and the regulations of ECE R131 issued by EU on the test method and requirements of the performance of AEB system of commercial vehicles were analyzed. On this basis, a commercial vehicle AEB system performance testing system and scenario were developed and a road test of the commercial vehicle's AEB system performance was carried out according to ECE R131. The results indicate that the test vehicle fully complies with the requirements of ECE R131 for the performance of AEB system and it is easier for an AEB system based on 77 GHz millimeter wave radar to identify dynamic targets and the signal transmission inside AEB system has a delay of 0.2-0.4 s. It is useful for the development of domestic commercial vehicle AEB system and the formulation of relevant standards.%该文介绍车辆自动紧急制动(AEB)系统的技术原理与控制方案,详细分析欧盟颁布的ECE R131法规对商用车AEB性能的测试方法和要求,在此基础上开发商用车AEB性能测试系统和搭建测试场景,并依据ECE R131完成对商用车AEB性能的道路验证测试.测试结果表明:试验车辆完全符合ECE R131对AEB系统性能的要求,且基于77 GHz毫米波雷达的商用车AEB系统更易于识别动态目标,AEB系统内部的信号传输具有0.2~0.4 s的延时,为国内商用车AEB系统的开发和标准的制定提供帮助.
